What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
Please provide:
- BMW model
- Manufacturing year
- Chassis code, if available
- Current vehicle photos
- Product or service required
- Preferred design, colour or specification
This allows us to check compatibility and prepare a more accurate quotation.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are recommended, especially for installation, wrapping, servicing, coding and diagnostic work. This allows us to prepare the required parts, materials and installation time before your visit.
Do you supply both original and aftermarket parts?
Yes. Depending on the product, budget and availability, we may offer OEM, OEM-style and aftermarket options. The available option will be explained before confirmation.
Can I bring my own parts for installation?
Yes, subject to inspection and compatibility. Installation charges will be quoted separately. Duckit Motorsport cannot guarantee the quality, fitment or durability of customer-supplied parts.
Will the final fitment be exactly the same as an original factory part?
OEM parts generally offer the closest factory fitment. Aftermarket parts may have minor differences in panel gaps, surface finishing or mounting points. Our installers will make reasonable adjustments to achieve the best possible result.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit may be required for appointment confirmation, special-order parts, customised products, painting work or wrapping materials. The deposit amount and payment terms will be stated in your quotation.
Are special-order parts refundable?
Special-order, customised, painted or imported products are generally not refundable once the order has been confirmed. Customers should verify the vehicle model and product specification before making payment.
Will modifying my vehicle void its manufacturer warranty?
A modification does not necessarily cancel the entire vehicle warranty. However, a manufacturer or authorised dealer may reject a warranty claim if the problem is directly related to the modified component or installation.
Customers should check with their authorised dealer regarding any vehicle-specific warranty conditions before proceeding.
